1. Data We Collect

We process essential data strictly necessary to deliver core feature operations:

Data Category	Identifiers	Purpose
User Identifiers	Discord User ID, Username	Tracking economy balances, giveaway entries, and ticket ownership.
Server Identifiers	Guild ID, Channel IDs, Role IDs	Saving guild preferences, ticket categories, and moderation settings.
Module Data	Ticket logs, warning records	Support ticket functionality and server moderation tracking.

Message Privacy Notice: We do not log or store general user messages. Messages are read in temporary RAM strictly to parse command triggers or service tickets.

2. Data Retention & Erasure

Server configuration data is retained as long as the Bot remains in the guild. When removed, settings are queued for deletion after 30 days. Users may request manual deletion of personal data by contacting support.

3. Third-Party Sharing

Data is never sold, rented, or traded to advertisers or external vendors.
